Support
Who is ÉtudZen for?
For school leavers, students and recent graduates who wish to continue their studies in Europe or Canada, as well as their families.
Do I have to take the full support package?
No. You can choose a single solution (for example the bank guarantee or accommodation) or entrust your entire journey to us.
When should I start?
Ideally 8 to 12 months before your target intake, as application calendars open early. It is never too late to review your situation with an advisor.
Is the first appointment paid?
The first discussion to review your plans is free of obligation. Your advisor will then present you with a clear quote.
Bank guarantee & funding
What is an A.V.I.?
The irrevocable transfer certificate proves to the consulate that you have the necessary funds. The amount is paid into your account each month once you are there.
How much should I budget?
It depends on the country and the length of stay, and it is set by the authorities. Your advisor will tell you the current amount for your application file.
Do you offer funding solutions?
Yes: we work with you on the student loans offered by our partners, the scholarships available to you and a funding plan suited to your family.
Admission & visa
Do you guarantee that I will get a visa?
No, the decision rests with the consular authorities. We do everything we can to make sure your application file is complete, consistent and well prepared.
Can I apply to several countries?
Yes. We help you build a balanced application strategy across several destinations.
Accommodation & settling in
Do you find accommodation before departure?
Yes, that is our aim: to have you arrive with a confirmed address and an accommodation certificate for your visa.
What happens when I arrive?
We give you a checklist of the steps to complete and remain available during your first few weeks. Depending on the destination, a welcome on arrival can be arranged.
